Robert Aiken

Robert Aiken has a diverse work experience in operations planning and management roles. Robert currently works at Click Bond as the Operations Planning Manager, where they lead a team and sets production, shipping, and inventory targets for an aerospace company. In their previous role as the SIOP Process Manager at Click Bond, they reduced inventory and developed new processes and reporting structures for an ERP implementation. Robert also has experience at U.S. Silica Company as the Sales and Operations Planning Manager, where they orchestrated the international S&OP cycle and led a shipping and planning team. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Master Scheduler at U.S. Silica Company, where they implemented demand forecasting and capacity modeling processes. Additionally, they have worked as a Warehouse Redesign Consultant at JB Dewar and as an Operations Manager at Aerovino, where they led teams and ensured on-time delivery to customers.

Robert Aiken earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2018.
