Ritesh Manchanda

Ritesh Manchanda has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ritesh is currently working as the VP of Engineering at Click Therapeutics, Inc. Since February 2021, they have served as the Sr. Director of Engineering at the same company.

Before joining Click Therapeutics, Ritesh worked at The We Company as a Senior Engineering Manager from December 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they managed multiple teams of engineers and project managers, maintained vendor relationships, and collaborated with product managers to define goals and priorities. Additionally, they introduced process improvements and conducted team-wide feedback surveys.

Prior to this, Ritesh worked at Namely as an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead from October 2016 to February 2019. Here, they led and scaled engineering teams, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and managed agile processes.

Additionally, Ritesh has worked at InRhythm as a Sr. UX Engineer, Sapient Global Markets as a Sr. Interactive Developer, Brand Reach as a Sr. Designer and Front End Developer, and had entrepreneurial experiences as the Founder, Developer of iPhone 4 Simulator, Downgram, and Gamedibs.

Ritesh Manchanda pursued their education from 2002 to 2005 at the Wanganui School of Design. During this time, they completed their Bachelors in Computer Graphic Design, focusing on various aspects including Game Design, Design principles, Color theory, 3D, Production, Packaging, Typography, and Web Design.
