Gabriel Silva is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and data protection law. Currently serving as the Senior Privacy Manager at TravelPerk since June 2021, Gabriel's previous roles include Legal Manager (Privacy) and Legal Counsel. In addition, Gabriel is the Spain Regional Community Leader for the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) since June 2024, focusing on enhancing professional growth in legal operations across Ibero-America. Prior experience includes a Legal Consultant position at Ecix Group, co-founding Legal Hike, and multiple roles at Google where responsibilities encompassed legal removals and data protection policy development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Digital Law from Universitat de Barcelona, various postgraduate qualifications, and specialized training in AI governance and copyright law.
