Ruby Hsu is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design research across various industries. Currently, Ruby holds the position of Senior User Researcher at TravelPerk, focusing on financial research areas. Previously, Ruby served as a Senior UX Researcher at Farfetch, where generative and evaluative research across multiple countries informed product strategies for marketplace expansions and customer experiences. As a Senior User Experience Researcher at Mozilla, Ruby pioneered international research in Emerging Markets, significantly impacting product development. Additional roles include User Experience Researcher at Garmin International and Design Research Lead at Pebbo Innovation Consultancy.
