Brett White

Brett White has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brett is currently serving as the VP of Payments Products & Innovation at Clickatell since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Zapper™ as an Executive Advisor from September 2022 to February 2023. Brett also held multiple leadership positions at Zapper™, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Product & Commercial Officer, Head of Product, Head of Design, and Senior Software Developer.

Before their time at Zapper™, Brett was the Owner & Creative Director at Pexcil from April 2007 to February 2016. Brett also worked as a Digital Creative Director at FirstView from April 2015 to September 2015 and as a Creative Developer at Clyral from March 2014 to March 2015. Further back in their career, they served as a Managing & Creative Director at THUSA | Making IT Work. from March 2011 to May 2012 and as a Junior Art Director at TBWA Hunt Lascaris - Durban from March 2006 to March 2007.

Brett White completed their National Diploma in Graphic Design from the Durban University of Technology in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Westville Boys' High School from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Brett obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017, and they also completed courses such as "Dieter Rams: Principles of Good Design" and "Guy Kawasaki on Turning Life Wisdom into Business Success" on LinkedIn in recent years.
