Gaia Maestripieri

Gaia Maestripieri is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the boating industry. Currently serving as Sales Lead for both the English and New Markets and the Italian Market at Click&Boat since January 2020, Gaia manages client requests, negotiates offers, ensures customer satisfaction, and leads a team of sales executives while focusing on KPIs and recruitment. Prior to Click&Boat, Gaia held the position of Country Manager for Italy at Navily, where responsibilities included developing partnerships with marinas and managing commercial relationships to enhance customer care and booking management. Gaia's educational background includes degrees from Università Bocconi and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a high school diploma from IIS-Sansi Leonardi Volta, complemented by exchange programs in the USA.
