Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting and executing our email marketing strategy. You will work closely with our marketing team to engage customers and drive conversions through targeted and compelling email campaigns. Your email and copywriting skills will help ensure we reach our goals and deliver value to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support email copy and strategy that is aligned with our overall marketing goals and business objectives

• Write and edit email copy that is clear, compelling, and on-brand

• Set up email creative for internal approvals, scheduled deployment, and complete post-deployment checks

• Ensure all email content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for deliverability and engagement

• Utilize customer data and behavior insights to create dynamic content and personalized email experiences

• Reviewing and editing email content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness, as well as to eliminate any errors before sending.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,  product, and customer success, to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals

• Increase customer engagement across multiple channels and business lines

• Generate regular reports on email campaign performance and provide actionable insights

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail to technical and non technical audiences

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques

• Knowledge of email compliance regulations and best practices

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The target compensation range for this role is $75,000, based on qualifications and experience.
