Mike O'Toole

Mike O'Toole has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike started their career as a Support Engineer at MobileDataForce, Inc. in 2008. Mike then worked as a Software Engineer and Data Analyst at HP in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Agile Development Team Member and Software Developer at CACI International Inc. In 2012, they joined KiZAN Technologies as a Business Intelligence Consultant and Agile Software Development Consultant. In this role, they provided business intelligence solutions to clients and developed packaged service offerings to increase revenue. From 2012 to 2015, they co-owned Fashion Finds on a Dime, LLC and served as the Webmaster and SEO Manager. In 2014, they joined Micron Technology as the Global Supply Chain Metrics and Analytics Solutions Manager, and later became the IT Enterprise Analytics and Data Manager. During their time at Micron, they led teams, implemented automation strategies, and built relationships with stakeholders. In 2015, they started their own podcast called The Launching Point, LLC, where they interviewed successful entrepreneurs. Lastly, they are currently the Director of Business Intelligence at ClickFunnels, where they lead the data warehousing and business intelligence implementation, working closely with C-suite executives to generate customized reports and conduct business analysis.

Mike O'Toole has a strong educational background in software engineering and business. Mike obtained their Masters degree in Software Engineering from Regis University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from The College of Idaho, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Before attending The College of Idaho, Mike attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Architectural Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mike O'Toole has obtained various certifications. Mike became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in September 2014. Mike also earned several Microsoft certifications, including MCSE Data Platform in February 2014, MCSE Business Intelligence in October 2013, MCSA SQL Server 2012 in April 2013, MCPD SharePoint Developer 2010 in December 2012, and MCPD Windows Azure Development in August 2012.
