Karthik G S

Karthik G S is a Technical Support Executive at ClickLearn. Karthik has previous experience working as a Technical Support Engineer at Azilen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from November 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr QA/Support engineer at INTECH from October 2017 to November 2018. Karthik was responsible for resolving end user queries with regards to software, performing QA for patches and managing the patch logs, performing health checks on servers, resolving hiccups in system by going through log files and suggesting developers for necessary changes, and involve in Change management activity. Karthik also worked onsite in Hong Kong for a month as a part of deputation and attended module lead training. Karthik G S began their career as a System Engineer at Syniverse in August 2015 and left in September 2017 to work as a Technical service Associate at Compass BPO Pvt Ltd (Now Aditya Birla Minacs world Wide Ltd) from August 2013 to April 2014. Karthik then moved to Tata Consultancy Services where they worked as a Process Associate from April 2014 to August 2015.

Karthik G S has a BSc in EMCs from Bangalore University Vijaya college Jayanagar. Karthik also has a Higher Diploma in software engineering from NIIT.
