Jim Bartolomea

Jim Bartolomea is the SVP, Global Head of People and Places at ClickUp. Jim has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held leadership positions at ServiceNow, Mitek Systems, and Qualcomm. Jim began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems.

At ServiceNow, Jim was the Vice President of People. Jim oversaw all aspects of human resources for the company, which is a $800 million publicly traded software company. Jim was responsible for leading the global people operations and facilities for the company.

At Qualcomm, Jim was the HRBP Leader for Qualcomm’s Emerging Businesses. Jim led 11 different businesses across the globe. Jim was responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company.

Jim has a degree in Human Resources from the University of California, San Diego.

Jim Bartolomea has a BS in MGMT - HR Emphasis from Penn State University and an Advanced Certification in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University.
