Shane Noe

Shane Noe currently serves as the VP of People at ClickUp, focusing on Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, along with overseeing People Analytics, Facilities, IT Ops, and Recruiting Ops. Previously, Shane held the role of VP of People Operations at ClickUp, managing Global People Operations & Systems and Total Rewards. Additionally, Shane acted as a Strategic Advisor for Findem, contributing to the development of a data-driven talent acquisition ecosystem. Shane's experience at Okta includes roles as Senior Director of People Operations & Analytics and Director of Workforce Strategy & Analytics, where leadership included various HR functions and the establishment of a people analytics team. Prior to Okta, Shane worked at Box as Head of Recruiting Operations and held financial analysis roles at Google and Apple, alongside co-founding the SnowGlobe Music Festival. Shane graduated with a BA in Finance and Spanish from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with additional studies at Universidad de Salamanca.
