Luis Alberto Papagayo Díaz has a diverse work experience starting from their early career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial. Luis Alberto then moved on to roles such as Analista de Operaciones and Ejecutivo Comercial at the same company.

After that, Luis served as the Head Of Sales - CO at 1DOC3, where they played a direct role in the company's B2B growth strategy, including the creation of the sales structure, CRM implementation, and sales KPI monitoring.
Currently, Luis is the Head of Sales - Andean Region at clicOH, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's billing for the Andean region and leading the teams in prospection, acquisition, implementation, and key account maintenance. Luis Alberto is also in charge of constructing, implementing, monitoring, and reevaluating the sales process, tools, deliverables, performance indicators, and compensation schemes.

Luis Alberto Papagayo Díaz completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Santo Tomás from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in International Business. Luis Alberto later pursued further education at Universidad Sergio Arboleda from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a master's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing.
