Hanzel Albay

Hanzel Albay currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Clout Selling™, focusing on strategic partnerships and revenue growth since June 2022. Prior to this role, Hanzel worked at Concentrix from April 2014 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing e-commerce representatives as Operations Supervisor, providing mentorship and support as Mentor on Duty, and assisting customers as a Technical Support Specialist. Earlier career experience includes serving as Supervisor Group at Panasiatic Solutions from December 2011 to April 2014. Hanzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University.
