Mary Shambora

VP, Business Development, Navy at Client Solution Architects

Mary Shambora joined CSA in March of 2023 as Vice President of Business Development for the Navy. Mary’s focus is to expand and drive Navy business organic growth and new market opportunities to accelerate CSA’s growth.

Before joining CSA, Mary was at MAG Aerospace (OTC: MALJF), where she served as the Navy account executive and oversaw the implementation of business objectives through strategic partnerships and identifying new areas to expand business growth. Mary’s focus was across the entire Navy business portfolio focusing on full-spectrum joint domain command and control services, cyber communications and networks, program management and engineering services, and technology integration.

Before MAG Aerospace, Mary served as the cyber mission training solutions director for Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) (NYSE: HII). She directed and provided tailored training simulation solutions that include live virtual constructive (LVC), interactive multimedia instruction design; mission training services; instructional management and delivery; modeling and simulation; training and evaluation and offensive and defensive cyberspace operations for Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

Before HII, Mary served as the training systems and solutions director for Camber Corporation (NYSE American: CEI). She directed and provided systems engineering, modeling and simulation, training products and services, and customized training solutions for federal agencies.

Prior to her private sector experience, Mary served over 20 years in the United States Navy retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. During her military tenure, she held positions from Leading Chief Petty Officer on board naval vessels and training commands and supported Third Fleet, Sub-Group Five and Allied Joint Forces Command South Headquarters (HQ AFSOUTH). Her last assignment was with Afloat Training Group Pacific where she supported all Pacific Fleet ships to train and inspect personnel to sustain and improve combat readiness.
