Shaun Wright

Shaun Wright is currently the Customer Success Manager at Clientbook. Prior to that, they were the Director of Presidential Ambassadors at Southern Utah University from May 2019 to May 2021 and the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment from August 2017 to August 2019. In their role as Director of Presidential Ambassadors, Shaun advised and managed a team of more than 50 student ambassadors in recruitment efforts. Shaun also oversaw 4 Regional Admissions Advisors while also covering the Transfer Student Population. In their first year as Transfer Student Advisor, they were able to increase the yield of transfer students overall by 9% growth. In a declining student population, this was done by attending to transfer student inquiries and providing ample customer service. In the first year, they were able to secure a transfer articulation agreement with an out of state institution. Shaun is responsible for the training of New Employees on the messaging and information related to SUU. This is obtained by working closely with the new hires and with multiple departments to ensure basic information and knowledge is reached. Currently, SUU employs seven recruiters who telecommute. Managing a remote team with expectations and goals.

Shaun Wright has a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Utah University, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern Utah University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Science from Snow College.
