Suchita S has worked for a number of companies over the years. In 2006, they began their career at Airtel as an HR and Admin Officer. Two years later, they joined Mercer Consulting (India) Private Limited as an HR Executive. In 2017, they moved to Vihaan Networks as a Senior Executive Human Resources. In 2020, they took on the role of Student Mentor at Seneca College. In 2021, they became a Debt Counsellor at Total Credit Recovery Limited. Currently, they are working as an Associate HR Manager and Recruiter for Client Server Technology Solutions LLC.

Suchita S has a diverse educational background. Suchita received a High School diploma from BMGSSS, Delhi in Science. Suchita then obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University in English Language and Literature/Letters between 1999 and 2002. Suchita S went on to earn a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Annamalai University between 2004 and 2006. Most recently, Suchita S has been attending Seneca College, where they are pursuing a CPD in Computer Programming/Programmer, General. In addition, they have obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in December 2021.
