Chance Carlson began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Agent at New Star Communications. Chance was soon promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, where they managed their team, handled escalated issues, and communicated with Directv on a regular basis to handle any other extended issue. Chance also expanded their knowledge on Excel and provided reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to show the productivity of their sales reps and techs. In 2019, Chance moved to ClientSuccess as a Tech Support Engineer, working closely with customers to review the functionality of the software product and report any bugs and inconsistencies. In 2021, Chance joined Wyre as a Senior Customer Support Representative, and was promoted twice during their 10 months there. In 2022, Chance moved back to ClientSuccess as a Solutions Engineer, working closely with customers to integrate external platforms to the ClientSuccess platform and identify bugs that may cause the platform to work inconsistently.
Chance Carlson graduated from Apache Junction High School in 2009 with a High School Diploma, having completed the High School Certificate of Competence Program.
