Antoinette Diaz

Antoinette Diaz currently serves as Sr. Manager of Strategic Events at Mondelēz International, focusing on events that reflect the CLIF values of sustainability, community, and people, overseeing activities in the western US and select national programs. Previously, at Clif Bar & Company, Antoinette played a pivotal role in establishing the first Employee Resource Group and led the Latino ERG while holding several Sr. Manager positions in Sales Operations and Trade Services, enhancing team capabilities and responsibilities. Antoinette's career began at Bank of America as a Senior Teller, demonstrating strong customer service and financial management skills. Antoinette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell.
