Lindsey Fox has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Lindsey began their career at Mt. Diablo Unified School District as a Summer School Office Assistant in 2007. In 2007, Lindsey Fox joined Cost Plus World Market, where they initially worked as a Payroll Specialist, responsible for managing payroll hours and processing payroll for thousands of employees. Later, they transitioned to the role of HRIS Analyst, where they were the site administrator for multiple ADP products and had expert knowledge in various tools and applications. In 2014, Lindsey Fox joined Clif Bar & Company as an HR Coordinator, responsible for programs and systems. Over the years, they advanced to higher roles, including HRIS and Benefits Analyst, HRIS and Compensation Manager, and then Senior Manager of HRIS and Compensation. Currently, Lindsey Fox holds the position of Director of People Operations at Clif Bar & Company.
Lindsey Fox obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from California State University-Fresno, completing their education from 2003 to 2007.
