Grant Eldred

Grant Eldred currently serves as the Head of People and Partner at Rokos Capital Management since May 2024, and has held the position of Chief People Officer at Clifford Chance since April 2021. Additionally, Grant Eldred advises Gilgal General, which focuses on global electronic trading solutions. Previously, Grant Eldred spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, culminating as Global Head of HR Transformation, managing various HR functions across regions. Prior roles include Human Resources and Reward Strategy Consultant at Mercer and Benefits & Wellness Strategy Consultant at Buck Consultants, alongside experience as a Total Reward Strategy Consultant at Gissings. Grant Eldred holds a BA in International Relations from Keele University, earned from 1989 to 1992.
