Gabriel R. Monroy

Gabriel R. Monroy is a seasoned professional in structural engineering and management, currently serving as the NW Region Manager of Infrastructure and the Manager of Structural Inspections & Maintenance at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2021. With a notable tenure at ArcelorMittal USA starting in 2011, including roles as Manager and Senior Engineer, Gabriel has spearheaded a comprehensive structural inspection and maintenance program focused on critical infrastructure. Previous experience includes positions at Globex Corporation, Blair Monroy and Associates, Metropolitan Steel, DEI, DB Sterlin Consultants, and Peter Kiewit & Sons, showcasing expertise in structural audits, construction engineering, and project management across various sectors.
