Raj nath Tripathi

Raj Nath Tripathi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Starting in 2004, they worked as an HR officer at TCS for a period of two years. Raj nath then joined Leadsoft Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Resource Manager, where they managed a team of recruiters and focused on ERP/SAP skills recruitment. Raj also worked at FSS Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager in HR, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection activities, as well as general HR tasks such as training and development coordination. In 2009, they joined Capgemini Pvt LTD as a Senior IT Technical Recruiter, working closely with technical managers to source suitable candidates. Raj nath then moved to First Tek Inc as a Resource Manager, where their main responsibility included consulting with management regarding hiring needs and developing tactical recruitment plans. Currently, Raj is working in a confidential role as a Resource Manager.

Raj Nath Tripathi's education history begins in 1984 when they enrolled at S R E H S to pursue their MA in Arts Stream. Raj nath completed this degree in 1994. Later, in 1999, they attended the University of Mumbai and obtained an M.A. in Political Science, specializing in Political Science.
