Elizabeth Ruben is currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Congressional Advocacy at Climate Action Campaign DC since February 2023, after holding the position of Program Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Special Assistant and Legislative Correspondent in the Office of Senator Richard Blumenthal, and Legislative Fellow for Congresswoman Deborah Ross. Elizabeth has contributed to various initiatives, including leading shark conservation efforts at the Animal Welfare Institute, where significant legislative advancements were achieved across multiple states. Additional experience spans grassroots electoral efforts with Biden for President and environmental research roles at organizations like Rainforest Alliance and the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in English from Brown University.
