Kiara Rutherford

Kiara Rutherford, MBA, CEM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and partner engagement in the non-profit and public sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Engagement at Climate Action Campaign DC, Kiara’s career includes roles as Program Manager and State Projects Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Organizing Associate at Generation Progress and I&M Transmission Station Engineering Project Coordinator at American Electric Power. Kiara played a significant role in grassroots organizing for the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign, leading to increased voter turnout. Additionally, as Electric Partnership Program Coordinator at Ground Level Solutions, Kiara effectively managed substantial program funds and demonstrated exceptional project management skills. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Economics from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and Organizational Development from Ashland University.
