Marta Guglielmetti is an experienced professional in partnerships and advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Climate Arc since May 2024. Previously, Guglielmetti was the Managing Director at NOW Partners from 2023 to May 2024, and the Executive Director at the Global Solidarity Fund from 2019 to 2023. Additional roles include Government Relations and Partnerships at the World Health Organization (2015-2019) and Advocacy and Government Relations at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (2012-2016). Guglielmetti’s career began with positions at the United Nations Development Programme (2006-2012) and Terre des Hommes (2003-2006) and includes work as Institutional Relations and Marketing Manager at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa (2000-2002) and a Temporary Agent at the European Parliament (1999-2000). Educational achievements include degrees in Sustainable Finance and Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc in International and European studies from the University of Strasbourg. Guglielmetti graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1998.
