Chaun Lowe has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Chaun started as a Summer Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2006, where they performed customer service and operations management tasks. During their internship, they also created a regional competition that led to a 25% increase in insurance product sales.

In 2007, Chaun interned at Vanguard before joining the company full-time in 2008 as part of their Leadership Development Rotational Program. As a Finance Business Partner at Vanguard, they collaborated with management teams responsible for managing over $60 billion in assets. Chaun provided detailed analyses for initiatives such as pricing new institutional clients and forecasting long-term business growth.

In 2013, Chaun became an MBA Summer Intern at Autodesk, a software company. Chaun assisted the company in transitioning from perpetual license revenue models to subscription and rental revenue models by providing competitive intelligence and insights.

From 2014 to 2018, Chaun worked at Medallia, an experience management software company. Chaun held multiple roles, including Engagement Manager, Senior Manager of Professional Services, and Director & Head of Advisory Services. In these positions, they managed customer engagement teams, drove product adoption, and developed change management and insights service products to help clients maximize the value of their software implementation.

In 2018, Chaun joined Hearsay Systems as the Director of Professional Services & Customer Success for North America. Chaun led a team of customer success professionals responsible for driving product adoption, program renewals, and business value across Hearsay's product suite, specifically targeting insurance agents and wealth management advisors.

Most recently, Chaun joined Climate Club in 2022 as the Head of Customer Success. Their main responsibility is to build and lead the post-sales functions, ensuring that customers are equipped to achieve their climate change goals.

Chaun Lowe completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Finance (BSBA) from the University of Pittsburgh, which they attended from 2004 to 2008.
