Isabel Taylor

Isabel Taylor is a Service Designer at Climate Edge. Isabel has worked in both Financial Services and Insurance at Zone. Currently, they are building a highly complex boarding and servicing application for the client and their own staff.

Isabel's daily tasks include recruiting research participants, running remote interviews, diary studies and usability testing, collating quantitative and qualitative research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, service blueprint mapping.

Prior to their work at Zone, Isabel was a Product Designer at Workshare from September 2017 to October 2019, and a UX Designer at WeShop from March 2017 to August 2017.

Isabel Taylor has a MSc in Psychology - Neuroaesthetics from Goldsmiths, University of London. Isabel also has a Behavioural Change Specialism from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Isabel took A Levels at Peter Symonds College and GCSEs at Costello Technology College.

Isabel Taylor reports to Paul Baranowski, CEO. They work with James Alden - Chief Commercial Officer, Gilles Cochez - Development Manager, and Inigo Gomez - Ui Designer.
