Carlos Terol is an experienced professional in civil engineering and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Founder of Good Ripple, a tech platform aimed at connecting changemakers for social impact. Carlos is also actively involved as a Facilitator at Climate Fresk and as an Ambassador for the Impact MBA at Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences, where the focus is on empowering future leaders in responsible entrepreneurship. Additional roles include being an Author for illuminem and Innovation Zero, while also continuing to lead Terol Engineering, which specializes in Civil Engineering and BIM projects, and Bagmaya, a sustainable bag company that supports disadvantaged communities in Nepal. Previously, Carlos held positions at Jacobs as a Senior Civil Engineer and Team Leader with Raleigh International. Carlos earned an MEng in Civil Engineering from Universitat d'Alacant and a BEng from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
