Serge Taborin

Serge Taborin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, and operations. Currently, Serge serves as the Chief Digital and Operations Officer at Climate Impact Partners, leading initiatives in voluntary carbon markets. Previous roles include Group Chief Innovation Officer at Entain, where Serge managed a £100m global innovation program, and a leadership position at Amazon Web Services, focusing on government digital transformation in EMEA. Serge has also held significant roles at Capita as Chief Digital Officer, at Aviva as Chief Innovation Officer, and has contributed to strategic advisory positions at various organizations, including Smart DCC and Tech Nation. An alumnus of INSEAD with an MBA and the University of Oxford with a degree in Engineering Science, Serge has a strong foundation in both technology and business leadership.
