Katy Rohrer

Katy Rohrer is a seasoned professional in sustainability and clean energy, currently serving as Senior Program Associate for the U.S. Electricity Initiative at Climate Imperative Foundation since February 2022. With previous roles at the foundation as Program Associate, Katy is also recognized for contributions as a Fellow in the Bay Area 2023 Cohort at Clean Energy Leadership Institute. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Nitro, Inc. focused on sales and campaign development, as well as serving as a Sustainability Advisor at Breathe Together. Katy's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Geography of Environmental Risk and Human Security from the United Nations University - Institute for Environment and Human Security, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Geography with a Concentration in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
