Felicity O'Kelly

Felicity O'Kelly has a diverse work experience in the field of investment and venture capital. Felicity currently works as a Principal at Climate Investment (CI), where they are responsible for commercial and financial due diligence, research-led origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management. Climate Investment is a specialist decarbonisation investor with a $1bn+ impact fund.

Felicity was listed on PEI Group's "Women of Influence: Venture Capital" 2023 list and was recognized as a honoree for Climate Impact Partners' "Women Leading on Climate Action" 2023.

Additionally, Felicity has held various investment roles including Investor & Board Director at Fero Labs, Investor at Aeroseal, Board Observer at Boston Metal and Econic Technologies Ltd, Investor at Turntide Technologies, ZincFive, Inc., and Qnovo. Felicity has also served as a Visiting Fellow at ZINC and as a Venture Capital Fellow at the Newton Venture Program at London Business School.

Felicity O'Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Leeds. Felicity also obtained an MSc in Environmental Technology (Distinction) from Imperial College London. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, a Diploma in Investment Management (ESG) from CFA UK, and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK, all obtained in 2021.
