Betsy Roach

Betsy Roach is an accomplished Executive Search & Talent Advisor with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various sectors, including climate investment, international finance, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving at Climate Investment Funds and the International Monetary Fund, Betsy has previously held key positions at the United Nations Foundation and the World Bank Group, where responsibilities included facilitating executive searches and advising senior leadership on critical talent needs. Earlier in the career, Betsy demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen as the Director of Licensing at National Geographic Society and held significant roles at the National Football League and New Era Cap Company, driving international sales and licensing efforts. Betsy holds an M.A. in International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, an MBA in Global One MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a BA in Spanish from Wake Forest University.
