Dean Hubbard serves as the Staff Director for the Climate Jobs 2050 Committee at the Climate Jobs National Resource Center since March 2024. Additionally, Dean functions as a Strategic Consultant at Just Strategies, providing expertise across various domains, including workers’ rights and climate justice, for numerous clients. Previous roles include Executive Director at PROFESSIONAL STAFF CONGRESS/CUNY AFT LOCAL #2334, Director of Collective Bargaining and Assistant General Counsel at the Amalgamated Transit Union, and Director of the Labor and Economic Justice Program at the Sierra Club. Dean's legal expertise has been further honed through positions as Of Counsel at Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus, Senior Counsel at the Transport Workers Union of America, and Associate General Counsel for the Transport Workers Union of Greater New York. Dean holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA in Politics and Theatre from Hampshire College.
