Tessa Tamsin Finch has extensive experience in design, production, and client relations, primarily focused on learning services and program impact measurement. Currently serving as Designer & Producer for Learning Services and Climathon Learning and Data Manager at EIT Climate-KIC since May 2019, Tessa is involved in driving innovation for climate solutions. Prior roles include Head of Client Relations at fts global, where Tessa managed corporate client expectations, and Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at One Acre Fund, specializing in impact measurement and data quality assurance. Tessa has also contributed to various projects as a Programme/Business Development Officer at JaRco Consulting and completed internships with ALNAP and the European Commission. Tessa holds a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Action from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
