Viktoria Soos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and coaching. As the Founder and Communications Expert at Climate Smart Elephant since January 2019, Viktoria has also served as the Communication Lead for EIT Food and as a Communication Specialist for URBACT since 2019. Additionally, Viktoria is a Communication Strategist for Hegyvidéki Zöld Iroda, focusing on sustainability initiatives in Budapest. With a background in personal development and business coaching since 2009, Viktoria has facilitated numerous trainings and events. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in American Literature from Debreceni Egyetem, a Master's in Psychology from Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem, and a degree in Gender Studies from Central European University.
