Geoff Bromaghim

Associate Director, Research And Methane Accountability at Climate Nexus

Geoff Bromaghim has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Geoff started their career as a Government Affairs Coordinator at Technology Transition Corporation, where they advocated for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies and supported policy activities of the Renewable Energy Markets Association. Geoff then worked as an Energy Policy Research Associate at the American Clean Skies Foundation, focusing on renewables and natural gas market dynamics. During this time, they also assisted in the design and roll-out of a start-up called Renewable Power Direct. Geoff later joined GE Power as a Strategic Planning Analyst, where they delivered a new product on major trends in the electric power sector and authored a marketing white paper on renewables. Currently, they are working at Climate Nexus as an Associate Director of Research for Campaigns & Strategies, developing and running a natural gas communications campaign, creating written products, and contributing to the energy transition.

Geoff Bromaghim completed their education in a chronological order. Geoff first attended St. Norbert College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at St. Norbert College, Geoff focused on Political Science, International Studies, and French.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Geoff went on to pursue a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 2006 to 2007. Geoff'sfield of study during this period was Public Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Geoff Bromaghim also obtained a certification in "Finance for Non-Financial Professionals" from Coursera in May 2017. This certification provided him with further knowledge and expertise in the field of finance.
