Jacob Reim

Jacob Reim is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology Systems & Support at Climate Pledge Arena since September 2021. In this role, Jacob oversees various IT projects, collaborating closely with the Director of Technology and technology partners to support a wide array of events, including NHL and WNBA games, and major concerts. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist with the Seattle Mariners, where Jacob managed IT Service Desk tickets, supported major events, and maintained infrastructure documentation. Additionally, Jacob worked as Head Server/Line Cook at Courtyard by Marriott, efficiently managing team schedules and customer service. Jacob holds a High School Diploma from Juanita High School and completed training through Year Up United.
