Nicole Engels serves as the Chief Growth Officer at ClimateCheck since July 2023, focusing on growth strategy, partnerships, innovation, and marketing to address climate challenges. Prior to this role, Nicole co-founded and led 80-20 as CEO from September 2021 to July 2023, concentrating on team building, fundraising, and driving innovation in climate-related issues. Experience also includes heading growth initiatives at VOA and various marketing roles at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, where Nicole managed brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and successful product relaunches. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master's in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh.
