Jason McFall

Jason McFall has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they were the Head of Client Projects at ThinkingCap Technology, where they were responsible for the definition, design, and rapid development of customer applications built in the ThinkingCap application framework. In 2004, they became the Machine Learning Lead Developer at Touch Clarity, where they led the development of web behavioral targeting technology. In 2007, they moved to Omniture as Development Manager and led the development of 1:1 Behavioral Targeting. In 2009, they became the CTO of Causata, a real-time customer analytics and decisioning platform. In 2013, they were the Director of Technology at NICE Systems. In 2014, they were the CTO (Contract) of Antidote.me, where they restructured and grew engineering and product teams, built out product roadmap and rearchitected core platform, implemented product development and recruitment processes, and developed IP strategy. In 2021, they were an Associate at Creative Destruction Lab and on Sabbatical at Tinkering in the Shed, exploring what's next. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at ClimateView.

Jason McFall completed their BSc in Physics from Imperial College London between 1989 and 1993. Jason then participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 1991 and 1992. Finally, they completed their DPhil in Particle Physics from the University of Oxford between 1993 and 1997.
