Helen Rowe

Helen Rowe is an accomplished Transport Program Impact Manager at Climateworks Centre since April 2021, with extensive experience as an independent consultant focused on urban innovation, policy, and transport planning from January 2013 to April 2021. Prior roles include Head of Innovation & Strategy at CoDesign Studio, where efforts were concentrated on creating resilient neighborhoods, and various research positions at RMIT University and the University of Melbourne, emphasizing urban innovation practices and transport options. In addition, Helen held the position of Director of Sustainable Transport Programs at the Department of Transport in Victoria, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainable transport. With a solid educational foundation, including a PhD in Urban Innovation from RMIT University, Helen's multidisciplinary expertise encompasses strategy, facilitation, and evaluation in urban program delivery.
