Micaela Jemison

Micaela Jemison currently serves as a Policy Coordinator for the Australia Country team at Climateworks Centre, where responsibilities include shaping public policy to advance climate action aligned with the Paris Agreement and Australia's nature-positive agenda. Micaela also holds roles as a Non Executive Director for both Invertebrates Australia and the University College at the University of Melbourne. Previous experience includes managerial positions at The Wilderness Society Australia, leading content and digital strategies, and extensive communication roles at Bat Conservation International and the Smithsonian Institution. Micaela has a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Melbourne and RMIT University, complemented by a professional certificate in Climate Change Science.
