Nam Tran

Nam Tran is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as a Manufacturing Manager at Climaveneta since December 2023, where responsibilities include building the production team and overseeing the setup of a new factory. Prior to this role, Nam held the position of Production Manager at HERCULES (VIETNAM) CO., LTD, focusing on safety and compliance with food-grade standards. Additionally, at Techtronic Industries - TTI, Nam served as a Production Transfer Project Lead, representing the production department during the transfer of new product technology and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Previous experience also includes roles as Assistant Production Manager at BM Windows JSC, where safety training and employee management were key responsibilities, and as a Management Trainee at HYOSUNG VIETNAM CO., LTD, which involved implementing lean manufacturing processes. Nam holds a Bachelor's degree in Material Technology from Bach Khoa University, attained in 2016.
