Martina Colman

Martina Colman is an accomplished professional in climate science and sustainable development, currently serving as Head of Climate Science at Climate Essentials since November 2019, where responsibilities include supporting organizations in measuring, managing, and reducing carbon impact. Prior experience includes working as a Climate Change Specialist at UNLEASH, selected from 18,000 applicants to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal 7, and serving as a Student Consultant with the Cambridge Consulting Network on a project focused on energy consumption reduction in India. Martina's academic background includes positions as a Research Associate Professor and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, where research concentrated on biodiesel and bioethanol properties. Martina holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, and an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
