Jennifer Kirkham is an accomplished professional in the cheesemaking and dairy industry, currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing at Climax Foods since March 2023. Prior roles include Production Manager at the same company, Senior Cheese Technologist at Miyoko's from August 2020 to September 2022, and owner and cheesemaker at Moonside Creamery from May 2016 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes positions such as Head Cheesemaker and Creamery Manager at Pugs Leap Creamery, as well as Head Cheesemaker at Tomales Farmstead Creamery. Jennifer Kirkham holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Sonoma State University, and is furthering expertise with courses in Artisan Farmstead Cheesemaking and Dairy Arts.
