Yadav Dwarika Prasad

Yadav Dwarika Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yadav started their career in 1997 as DGM Operations at Resistoflex Dynamics Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in manufacturing rubber products for various industries including defense and automotive sectors. Yadav then moved on to Ashika Commercial Private Limited in 2007, where they served as Technical Director and focused on manufacturing rubber air springs and bogie frames for Indian Railway. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Climax Overseas Pvt Ltd, a global manufacturer of rubber and rubber metal bonded components. In this role, Yadav is responsible for overseeing the company's global business and leading the development of railway products. Yadav has a strong track record in the rubber industry and has extensive experience in export business.

From 1980 to 1984, Yadav Dwarika Prasad completed a Bachelor's degree in Vibration Engineering at a school where they also received a postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.
