Becky Powell

Becky Powell has extensive experience in human resources and team engagement, currently serving as an Associate Team Engagement & Experience and People & Culture Partner at Climb Global Solutions since October 2017. Prior roles include People and Culture Partner at Grey Matter from July 2021 to August 2023, and several positions at Grey Matter Ltd, including Recruitment and Training Coordinator and Internal Sales Support Administrator. Prior to that, Becky worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Sherwoods and spent over 13 years at TLH Leisure Resort as a Food and Beverage Manager. Early in their career, Becky served as a Travel Consultant at Thomas Cook. In 2023, Becky completed a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from Avado, following foundational education at Paignton Community College.
