Danielle Franco has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Danielle began their career at Discovery Data in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Service representative and later as a Client Relationship Representative. Danielle then became an Account Manager and eventually served as the Vice President of Client Experience & Product Development. In this role, they managed the current client base, enhanced the user interface, and ensured a positive user experience. In 2013, Danielle moved to Climb Channel Solutions and held multiple positions, including Account Executive, Team Lead - Account Manager, Premier Accounts, and Sales Support Supervisor. Here, they managed and guided sales support teams, provided customer service to high-volume accounts, and attended vendor training sessions. Most recently, Danielle joined Climb Global Solutions in 2017 as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Director of Operations, where they oversaw various teams such as Purchasing, Order Entry, Sales Support, Product Management, and Warehouse. Overall, Danielle has a diverse background in customer service, account management, and operations.

From 2002 to 2006, Danielle Franco attended Monmouth University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
