Kiet Lam

Kiet Lam is the Founder and CEO of Climb Healthcare Consulting, a position held since January 2023. As a Board Member and Reimbursement Committee Chair at Oregon HFMA since June 2018, Kiet assists in leading the chapter and oversees program planning for webinars. Previously, Kiet served as Principal at Cloudmed, establishing the Coverage Discovery Solution and advising on the Automation/RPA Division. From July 2000 to October 2020, Kiet was Principal at Triage Consulting Group, leading Payment Review engagements and developing service lines. Kiet's early career included roles as Manager and Senior Consultant at Triage, as well as Service Line Analyst at Cedars-Sinai. Kiet holds an MPH in Health Services Management from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and a BS in Molecular Cell Developmental Biology from UCLA.
