Derek Case

Derek Case has a strong background in Information Technology and Systems Engineering. Derek started their career at Barracuda in 2013 as a Support Technician, where they were responsible for onboarding new employees and maintaining the SIEM infrastructure. In 2016, they moved to ZIXCORP SYSTEMS, INC. as a Level III Support Tech/Threat Analyst, providing customer support and managing internal networking systems. In 2018, Derek joined cusp as a Systems Engineer IAE, where they focused on onboarding new employees and maintaining Big data cloud SIEM infrastructure. Currently, Derek is working at Clinc, Inc. as an Information Technology Administrator, handling onboarding and offboarding procedures, device maintenance, and asset management.

From 2012 to 2013, Derek Case attended ITT Technical Institute-Swartz Creek, where they pursued a degree in NSA - Network Systems Administration. Derek'sfield of study was specifically focused on computer technology and computer systems technology.
