Elyse McElwaine

Elyse McElwaine, PHR, currently serves as a Manager of Human Resources at ClinChoice, a global contract research organization, having previously held the position of Associate Manager of Human Resources. Elyse began working at ClinChoice in July 2018 and has focused on supporting various services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to this role, Elyse worked as an HR Generalist at Bethanna, a provider of child welfare and mental health services, from December 2003 to June 2018, where responsibilities included recruitment, benefit administration, and employee relations. Elyse's early experience includes serving as an AmeriCorps*VISTA Volunteer from July 2002 to July 2003, where entrepreneurship classes were taught and small businesses were supported. Elyse holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
